Summer Programmes 2023

Applications for group lessons

​

1. Parents are required to complete and sign the enrolment form before class commencement. We can only confirm places when full payment is received. If parents wish to make any changes after the application is processed, please do inform our office in writing.
    

2. Enrolments are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis.

Absence, make up class and cancellations

1. Since this is summer programme, no makeup classes will be offered.

Parental accompaniment

1. Parents are not allowed to stay in the studio to watch their children during classes or recording session. Parents and guardians are asked to wait outside the studio while the class is in progress. Teachers have the right to ask any person to leave the studio. Please ensure to pickup your child promptly at the end of the lesson.

Request for Instrumental music or new recordings for background tracks

1. There will be a charge of $200 for every instrumental track (ready-made) upon request for private events. If the student requests for a piano track which needs to be newly recorded, it will be charged according to studio rental rate ($1500/hr).

Payments and Early Bird Discount
 

1. Discounts will only be offered when the full payment is received.
    

2. Payments can be made by the following method:
   - Cash
   - Cheque (Payable to: Real Music Production Ltd.,)
   - Bank in (The Bank of East Asia (BEA): 015-514-10-402032-6)
   - FPS (FPS ID: 160 201455 Real Music Production Ltd.)
    

3. Please send us the receipt by email or WhatsApp.
    

4. Payment must be received within seven working days after the invoice being issued. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment has not been paid on or before the first date of each course.

Late Payment Penalty

1. Payment is due within 7 days of the due date. Otherwise, a penalty of $150 will be charged per month. 
    

Refunds
 

1. No refund will be provided and/or no pro-rata payments will be allowed or accepted for the programme or any associated costs, including but not limited to: lessons, materials, and/or singing lesson fees.
    

Cancellations
 

1. A minimum number of students is required for group camps. If for any reason we have to cancel a workshop, we shall notify you as soon as possible (at least 4 days in advance) and shall transfer you to another workshop or course of your choice.

Severe Weather Conditions

1. Classes will continue as normal under Typhoon Signal 3 / Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal / Red Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal.
   
    

2. If Typhoon Signal Pre-8, Signal 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted prior to class hours, all classes will be cancelled. The Pre-8 signal indicates that Typhoon Signal 8 is expected to be hoisted within two hours.
    

3. In the event of enforced closure due to unforeseen circumstances, such as government regulatory reasons, black rain warning, or typhoon signal number 8 or higher has been raised, classes will be cancelled and no make-up, refund or credit will be issued.
    

Use of promotional materials
 

1. Videos and photos will be taken in class for promotional use. All rights reserved by Real Music Production Ltd.
